I have been practicing bodywork and a range of different body centered and therapeutic modalities for the last 20 years. It is truly a joy and honor to support people on their journeys of healing and transformation. Helping others reorganize, find balance, and reconnect with their innate vitality brings me immense gratitude and aliveness.

My training includes The Encinitas School of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, The Institute of Conscious Bodywork, Alive & Well! and Ray Castellino's The Foundation Training of Peri-Prenatal and Birth Work. 

In my practice, I weave together multiple techniques and modalities help align and integrate the body, mind, emotions and spirit. I believe the body holds innate wisdom, and my role is to reflect and support that intelligence to restore health, balance and connection within its many systems. It is essential for me to to view each person as a whole, rather than focusing on isolated parts.

My work is guided by trust, faith and a deep reverence for the natural rhythms of life. I draw inspiration from the beauty of nature, the joy of movement and  dance, and a personal journey of seeking peace and freedom- both within and beyond.
