Shana Walt

I have been practicing bodywork and a range of different body centered and therapeutic modalities throughout the last 20 years. I find deep gratitude and aliveness in supporting people in their journey to reorganize from the inside out. I received my training at The Encinitas School of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, The Institute of Conscious Bodywork, Alive & Well! as well as The Foundation Training of Peri-Prenatal and Birth Work with Ray Castellino.

In my practice I use multiple techniques and modalities. I have found in doing so, the relationship of our body, mind, emotions and spirit become more aligned and supported to integrate as a unified front. Which creates more health, vitality and interconnection. I support the reflection of the body's innate wisdom and intelligence to find balance within it's many systems. I feel it is imperative to look at ourselves as a whole instead of parts of the whole.

​I come from a place of trust and faith. I have been inspired by the expansive beauty and rhythm of nature, the love of movement and dance, as well as a deep searching for peace and freedom from the inside and out.
